Wait an hour and look again. I did leveled up during bot run so there might be spike from lucky egg gain from leveled up.

You will gain 2 source of EXP from 8787's config. First is through capturing which is about 100k/hr. and another boost during evolve which should result in 80k to 200k depending on your candies count. These numbers varies person to person

Which bot are you using it with? You have to use NecroBot with 8787's config. If you use other bot like Pokemobbo, then there is a slight different in configuration. I would create a new folder and download Necro0.5.0 + Distiny's fix (can be found on OP) + 8787's config post on pastebin.
