This has same problem, nearly all pokemon are fleeing.
I ran the quickspin bot too before using this.
Anybody else have any ideas?

Change <add key="UseLuckyEggs" value="false" />
to
<add key="UseLuckyEggs" value="true" />

EDIT:
If you are using compiled version, edit user.xml file in notepad
Change <UseLuckyEggsWhileEvolving>false</UseLuckyEggsWhileEvolving>
to
<UseLuckyEggsWhileEvolving>true</UseLuckyEggsWhileEvolving>

Ok i'm getting like 110k exp per hour with like 405p/h in hong kong... Am i doing something wrong? It keeps going down...

Should i disable pokemon transfering?

I don't want the bot evolving pokemon i don't want to evolve so is this the reason why i'm only getting this much exp?
