use haxton it have softban remover and teleports 2 pokemons for faster XP

Anyone know any stable locations for farming? My account Is level 30 and I've tried almost every possible location that has an apparent 70+k exp an hour and I still get like 30k? My walking speed is 300 km/h too, idk what's going on :/
