right click on title bar -> properties -> quick edit mode -> ok

Then you did not do it the right way. use quickspin to unban yourself then use the same coordinates from where you logged in to unban yourself.

I had this problem too. The way to fix it (at least for me) is to shorten the gps co-ordinates to 6 digits after the decimal point

Example: 52.5481343391,13.2712875166 becomes 52.548134,13.271287

Both make sure you are using the latest version (fresh install, no overwrite of old files) and start with a new user.xml.
