It means pokemon you don't want the bot to catch, and the transfer part is for the pokemon you want to keep so the bot won't get rid of them.

just put email and password (google), and it started.

not to catch ~> if u check pidgey for example, bot will not catch it.
not to transfer ~> if u check rattata for example, bot will never transfer although the CP is lower than 999 or has duplicate.
just like an exception

to not catch means pokemon that will be skipped if found by the bot, so the bot will not waste time catching it

not to transfer means you choose pokemon that will not be transferred even if you set transfer max duplicate 3.
so when you get 4 venusaur, it will not transfer your lowest venusaur if its in the checklist

it will keep each pokemon with top 3 highest CP
for example if you caught 5 pinsir, bot will transfer 2 lowest CP and keep the 3 highest

u have to set up the max storage for each item
in default, pokeball storage is 20
so if u have >20, bot will recycle it.
