When it says there are no pokestops in your area it is a server problem not the bot please stop asking the same question and read the thread

Make sure that TransferPokemonKeepAboveCP is set high enough. I got mine on 1500 and that fixed my bags from overfludding.

that is correct. if you put it on 20 every berry after that will be recycled
