How do I actually set this program to transfer all that trash?

This should do what I intend, shouldn't it? Or am I getting smth wrong in the settings?

I have to ask.
Why would higher IV with CP be better to keep than a pokemon with high CP and lower IV?

Exemple:

i do 80k per hour, locations posted above, speed 500kmh transfer all less than 1800cp and 90 IV

no because it slow down when close to pokestop but so many so close than it doesnt really move at that speed

But shouldn't it transfer them anyways cause they will never match the IV settings?!
