If you're Soft Banned you can spin Poke Stops (click on Poke Stop, spin, click out, repeat) until you can loot

If you're IP banned you won't even see Poke Stops or anything and you just have to wait it out

Quickspin is a program you can use to automate spinning for soft bans, which is a result of GPS jumping too far

but if your ip banned, it can't help.....

I'am on the same boat dude, been like that for 2 days now....even switching IP's with VPN doesn't do shit. The closest i came was half way loading in and getting a "could not get data from servers" messege.

Be careful there have been permanent ban waves going around, people are getting emails from niantic saying they got permanently banned for using bots and falsifying their location, my mate got his accounts taken down.
