There's only one IV... If it's 15/15/15 then it's 100%

I know that there is only one IV. But the calculators are basing IV on the pokemons cp, hp and cost and sometimes it is not enough to decide its exact IV. So what I am asking is, can this program read the exact numbers in some way?

Yes. You click on the button that says 'verbose' and you see the 3 numbers that IV is based on.
