I have fixed it. The duplicate rate is working, I have 2 of each Pokemon left on the account.

This is my user.xml for the (2016-07-24) version.

It should keep 2 duplicates of each Pokemon, move at 12km/h (faster than average human jogging speed, slower than average run speed), keep only Pokemon that have 95% IV and/or 1500 CP, catch everything, evolve all NFE Pokemon and not transfer a bunch of rare Pokemon. Nidoran missing from the evolve list, Farfetch'd missing from the no transfer list.

Let me know if anything is wrong or should be modified and DON'T FORGET TO SET YOUR OWN LOCATION, I REMOVED THE LOCATION I USE FROM THIS.

It's not the end of the world, but it seems like it transfered the best pokemon? It this intended?

Also, I get disconnected every 30 mins. Is this because of Google account?
