Always had this impression about game companies, if you spent money, you probably wont get banned. In D3 for example I botted A LOT, but I also have 2 collectors edition, WoW special edition, Starcraft Collectors Edition, Blizzards Passes, etc
Never got banned, well, I always made the setup of the bot manually based on extensive research of the settings and everything but I botted at least 1.2k Hours xP
On Pokemon Go I started an account from 0, didn't even set up an id or anything, bot works the same way, just for testing, will post the results here if a ban wave ever come.
Niantic for years only gave soft bans on Ingress from what I know, I know a couple of friends that played for more than a year, they used gps spoofing sometimes and the max was a soft ban of 1 day, for you to receive a permanent ban you needed to abuse hard from spoofing, like jumping 3 continents in a row on the same day. Let's see what happens on Pokemon Go.

This is not correct I got banned with 4 WoW Collectors Edition (with spectraltiger) for Botting after 5 Years Hardcore Botting Started with Glider ( on banweaves i botted, and no ban) then Pirox, no bann, and later, Honorbuddy, bottet 2 Years, then... i got temp-banned on my main, after he stuck on questing *LoL! So... Its not true, if you spend money you get not banned... not rly sir! chance is smaller but still there, i know that, so many games botted....

Don't think that if you spend money that you will not get banned The bann is coming... Not Today, but in a Month, or a Year, or later...

I seriously think banwaves will Start After like 2 months until they Update the Game and Stuff. And then they will only ban People After that Time stamp. While there will be better Bots at the market.
I seriously Give a **** if they ban me, we can Level a whole Account to 30 in like 5 days...

Why would they start banning after 2 months? It's not like they have to create an 'Anti-Cheat' from scratch. They only have to carry over their Ingress one, which shouldn't be hard at all.

I'm just gonna sit over here and watch my bots work magic. Unknown Packet? Well if there is one it already got me so may as well have fun while I can. When I am at a level I am happy with I will shut them down and move on, if they get banned I will hope there are better tools to use in the future. No one is going to loose anything they actually earned if there is a wave of bans, so I see no reason to care.

edit: And even before I used the bots, I spoofed with FakeGPS on my phone lol, still didn't earn what is on my main account.

i litterally spent thousands of pounds on WoW, litterally thousands, char transfers, name changes you name it, clean player for 6 years, 0 offences, 0 bans or trouble on my account, i use fly hack for a week and was perma banned instantly ( fly hacking in dungeons ALONE never around other people)...so i agree with you....doesnt matter how much you spend if its breaking the tos you will get punished for it

I even have 5 account lol, 1 for mapping pokemon, 2 for bot testing, 1 for gps spoofing, and 1 for my main account which is not using any kind of spoofing

Yeah man, I have a Wizz with 1.3k Hours played that at least 900h were from boting, also a Monk with about 800h hours, at least 500h of boting.
