Try this (QuickSpin - PokemonGo Softban Unbanner - Quickly unbans your softbanned account) is the faster way to unban.

You teleport to the location of the pokemon, you then get a softban, you start the pokemon fight, teleport back, and because you teleport back the game thinks you no longer have a softban at your old location. (no idea why its probably gonna be patched sooner or later). But im pretty sure you do catch a softban when you teleport, its just a glitch somehow that you lose it when teleporting back.
Oh... either the bot works differently or I think you're wrong actually. I have actually tried manual sniping with Nox emulator, I assumed that the bot does an automated version of that. When you snipe manually you don't get softbanned unless you interact with something like a gym or pokestop after teleporting. Hence you can jump around the world, click on a pokemon to start the combat, and then jump back before throwing any Pokeballs at it. This tricks the game into thinking that the Pokemon spawned at your "normal location". I tried it 20-30 times manually without any problems at all. I did get insta soft-banned the moment I forgot to teleport back before capturing the Pokemon I teleported to.
In other words I don't think Niantic knows where you are unless you capture a Pokemon, spin a Pokestop or doing something with a gym.

I guess we are 50/50 correct. TECHNICALLY you have caught a softban when you teleport, cause if you interact with anything, you wont be able to collect pokestops/gyms. But also if you dont interact with anything other than the pokemon and teleport right back, its like you never had a softban, but you kind of did in a way. Its kind of weird :P But i think you're right. The location probably gets synced with the server when you interact with pokestops/gyms and catch a pokemon. So in theory you do get a softban when teleporting, but you also dont if you dont interact with anything :P

thanks for the advice with the speed, i set it up to 140 km/h and gain between 55-65k xp a hour now (before 25k)
is it possible to gain more like 100k without using eggs and getting banned instantly

Greetings,
I'm using necrobot and I want to know how to activate sniping mode, In the config file I've modified snipe at pokestops to true and bot snipes. Is that how to activate it? But there is a problem: It teleports to huge distances to snipe in seconds... It will cause a certain ban. Is it how sniping works? Is it also same in SnipeBot?
In the sniping settings of NecroBot how can I add sniping locations? there are some coordinates in config file. Is that it?
Thanks for your time.
cheers

For everyone wondering how to enable sniping in necro:
Open config file and set the settings as follows:
"UseSnipeOnlineLocationServer": true,
"UseSnipeLocationServer": false,
"GetSniperInfoFromPokezz": true,
"GetOnlyVerifiedSniperInfoFromPokezz": true,
"MinDelayBetweenSnipes": 5000, (You can put this higher if you want more delay, but this seems to work fine for me. Setting it lower will spam sniping and wont be efficient)
"SnipeAtPokestops": true,
"SnipeIgnoreUnknownIv": false,
"UseTransferIvForSnipe": false,
"SnipePokemonNotInPokedex": false,
And that should enable sniping for ya.
it keeps checking the same 4 coords/locations for me. doesn't take coords from pokezz
