Check out Neer's forum post PokeSnipe [CCRTS] - A Pokemon Sniping Bot. The second post in that thread has a Pokestop farmer only. Run it for 30min and you will be full again. Be warned it will dump all your Max Potions and Max revives because it prioritizes PokeBalls, GreatBalls and UltraBalls

I find this unlikely, because I can play just fine?

Anyone have an idea why it won't transfer pokemon? Settings are enabled, it will only transfer them upon running it. Seems to ignore it the rest of the time.

Also, I seem to be running out of pokeballs with the newest build. theyre set to 200 as well. Doesn't seem to be farming pokestops frequently enough

Is there anyways i could add more coords for the sniping pokemons and add more pokemons into the "DoNotTransfer" list? The program keeps giving me errors when i try changing those

Update to the latest version (v.3.2)

Check again if the format in your config file is correct (post those specific lines here if you need help)

Are you sure the config files are identical in both versions? Perhaps there is a format error

That adds a lot of exp/h if you havnt already tried.

I believe your problem is you are missing "" around your username. Should look something like this:

Don't forget the "" around them
