When EvolveAllPokemonWithEnoughCandy is set to true, will it automatically keep the amount needed to evolve them. Or do you have to also mark KeepPokemonsThatCanEvolve. If so is there a way to keep only the pokemon in the evolve list rather than ALL pokemon capable of an evolution.

Guys, it is never recommended to auto update, no matter what program unless it is something well known like Microsoft updates.

That said, I still have all my pokemon and everything is running as it should.

I am wondering the same thing. For example, I have over 600 candies for eevee and I told the program to only 5, yet I have 24 eevees. Anyone have any help or is there a new version that has a fix than what is on the OP?

Newest update just wrecked my stash. It totally ignores the exception to keep list.
For instance I keep my min to keep at 3500 and 100IV and use the exception list for the 7 pokemon I want to keep as well as their evolution forms. For example I have dratini/dragonaire/dragonite set for 95% IV to keep.
Used to keep them, welllll now it just sold my 4 95%% perfect moveset dragonites, my 98% charizard etc because it doesnt prioritize the exception list over the global values with the new update. Just transfered like 40 something pokemon that were all 95%+, perfect moveset, top 7 strongest pokemon...ouch
