google auth servers are not working 100%. means u cannot setup a new device

Yeah hope someone can find a fix for the google auth... is it just me or does it not show the double exp from lucky egg at pokestops? it shows for the evolve but then every pokestop is 50exp instead of 100? it only popped the egg 3 mins ago
