It means the servers are messing with you. Just have patience.

How did you get 190k xp/hour? I put both delays at 4000 (4 seconds), but I am not even close to getting 100k xp per hour (with LUCKY EGG).

I use the Sydney coordinates.

I do get a lot of Pokestops that don't give xp.

Anyway, how did you do it, any tips? (like maybe running multiple instances at once)

Depends, are you still getting pokeballs from pokestops? Then yes it still works. Im only 28 so far. Lost details to first account.

Pokemon training club version working good, but then i want to use google + version im geting messages "go away" all the time same as 0 exp from poke stops i dont have softban and dont have full bps
