I found a way but it is rather complicated: Using AutoIt to let your cursor click on the right place on hotkey press... Yet, this requires that the macro recorder is at the expected place in has the expected entries... Would be nice if there was another way... If this is really the only way and someone is interested I could upload my solution.

The poke spin macro works as long as the servers are not lagging like hell... It assumes that you do not have to wait 20 seconds for the shop to react...

This might actually make it worse. I made an automated gym battle via my g-series mouse combined with a keyboard set in nox and the one time Nox lagged strongly for some reason, this totally killed this automated thing. It was always trying to do charged attacks...
