did u try un-checking "Should run in Hideout" checkbox in AHK plugin -> common setting?

if your map still sutttering after reading FAQ #1 (GameHelper for POE 2)
and changed already POE2 rendering to VULKAN be sure also TEXTURE FILTERING is NOT SET TO TRIPLE BUFFERING
