Explain what happened:

Seller declines to give all information until after 45 days (red alert!), upon a request for a refund. None forthcoming. Transaction taken place 14th December.

attackruby has been notified on ownedcore. And as he is not online for more then a week he got sent a notification on his facebook too.

He did an unathorized transaction for the payment and paypal account is unable to do withdraw funds in the process... How would I refund him anything especially since he had access to the account and then tried to settle things after he lost the unathorized transaction claim.

Sorry, hes the scammer and he is going to get what he deserved in my mind.

also skype chat trying to work things out. but he didn't want to until he realized his plan for doing an unathorized transaction did not work.

So you still didn't return the funds when you said you would?

My suggestion is pending on skype. And hope you both agree so i can delete this thread. And don't have to take any steps here on ownedcore.
