Explain what happened:

I was doing middleman for this trade, €100 EUR for a WoW Account, topic: http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/mmo-...0-achieve.html

Here's how the trade went:
1. Buyer sent the fee to me (PayPal)
2. I took the account and changed info (email/password)
3. Buyer sent €100 EUR to seller (Western Union)
4. Account got banned, I contacted GM and got the answer "The account has been permanently closed for the use of third party software to automate play".
5. Seller says he promises to refund
6. Seller deletes both of us from Skype

Scammer is a hard word. U checked acc after 4-5 hours acc got banned. I didnt had access to account since u changed info and everything else. When i told u that i got money u told me that my acc is banned. Not saying that u or some1 else did something to acc but i just know that acc was active when i hand it over to u. I admit i have botted but never on main acc. When buyer send money to me acc was ok.

I dont get it why it is banned for third party software when you only changed email/pass ? Did you have any 3rd party software associated with wow already running(they busted me one time with morph software) ?
My account got banned also in November and they stated 3rd party software but all i did was sold 6-7 times gold to some dudes without using bots on that account.

The bans got a delay. So you sold something that was about to get banned. Blizz is not banning accounts in 4/5 hours. It can take weeks.

But from reading the chat you promised to do a full refund. And i did not see any refund yet.

First of all, neither me or Vincent logged in game at all on this account, the only person who logged on this account ingame is you. And to get banned for botting has to be something done from INGAME!

When I middleman WoW accounts I never log ingame, I check that there's a character name and see it's armory. So it's 100% you who did something to get it banned.

And like Watcher said, ban isn't instant, and even if it was instant why would me or Vincent bot on this account? And how would we have time for that? It was banned for BOTTING, confirmed by a Gamemaster.

It didn't get banned for third party software because I changed email/pass. It got banned because the seller was botting/selling gold on this account and it was caught and banned after he sold it!

Yes it's clearly your intention, since you DELETED ME AND VINCENT from Skype the day when you said you'd refund. What does that mean? Means you don't want to refund and therefore you're a scammer.
I'm also waiting for this to be sorted out so Vincent can get his refund.

You should really take up Sephiroth on his services, he is the best unban service you will find, as for you Vincent I really hope you get your money back. good luck!
