Lost $50 for a Fortnite Account

Reporting a scammer, which scammed me out of $50 via PayPal
Date of transaction: 5/26/18

Dispute information: I was going to purchase a Fortnite account from him via PayPal that included a Skull Trooper and Reaper Scythe. We agreed on the price of $50 which i thought was strange but i thought i was going to get a good deal. He then told me to refund the payment which im still in the process of due to PayPal being unreliant. I then came in contact with him again and these are the follow images containing our interaction.

He has either removed me from Discord or had blocked me because i can no longer add him as a friend.
