Ownedcore scam link: He's made multiple threads. Here is one: Clicky. Here is another: Clicky 2.
    Other sites scam link: IDK

Did you use a middleman?: No. I did not think it would be necessary, and I normally buy from a site that acts as the middleman. Guess I'll be more cautious from now on. Lesson learned.

    Explain what happened:
    1. Was purchasing an Pokemon Go account for $20. He had an automated Selly set up. Order went through. Time stamp: August 18, 8:22 PM.
    2. Waited several hours for account details. Nothing. Sent him politely-worded neutral feedback via Selly, still nothing.
    3. After over half a day, went back to OwnedCore and saw he had edited his thread to say that he was out of stock. Seeing he was online, I PMed him. Time Stamp: August 19, 9:20 AM.
    4. Still no response, so after several minutes, I used the PayPal option to message seller: PayPal dispute log. From logs, time stamp is 18:29 PDT, or 9:29 AM my time.
    5. This apparently gets his attention and he emails me a Pokemon Trainer Club login. Note that the time is 9:39 AM, or 10 minutes after I sent him my PayPal message. This contradicts his statement from (4) above, saying that I initiated a chargeback after he sent the account details. Note also that he is the one who escalated the case so that I cannot reply or upload a screenshot to the PayPal case.
    6. The login does not work.
    7. I message him several times about this, but it seems he has no interest in replying after doing his PayPal escalation.

I am not an unreasonable person. I would like to think it was an honest mistake, but I will not have my hopes up after this. I would have let this slide, too, given that $20 is a relatively small amount. I, however, do not like being made to appear like a liar, and I most certainly would not want anyone else to experience this. I look forward to hearing from him and seeing his "proofs" but I think this is an open-and-shut case. I am posting this information so no one has to get scammed again over any amount, big or small.
Just a quick check, is it just me or does the screenshot in 7. show that you've been replying to yourself (to: Brian Lagason). Maybe he hasn't replied due to this? Maybe you can double check this.
