    Probably yes.

Even if it was sent trough email it SHOULD take 5 minutes to get the account information, or any contact with seller.
And this dude has 6 sellpages here.

    ***BUYERS BEWARE***
    1. I waited over half a day for account information after the initial automated selly.io response. Nothing from his end.
    2. I politely messaged him via Selly's feedback function. I also messaged him privately here on OwnedCore, no response either way. I knew he was online because he edited his selling posts.
    3. I then decided to message him politely via PayPal. He then instantly sent me an email with non-working Pokemon Trainer Club credentials (username seems working, but the password is wrong), and then replied to the PayPal message. He said that I initiated a refund after he had given me the account (making me look like a scammer), and that he had proof of delivery.
    4. He immediately escalated the PayPal case to a dispute claim so that I could not send a further message nor upload screenshots.
    5. Case is under review with resolution probably by September 4. After the judgment, only then can I reopen the case and give a reply, as well as upload screenies.
    6. I've emailed him about the faulty login, but he not replied in hours. Probably will not do so any time soon.
I really, really would like to think that he has just given me a faulty account login. The way this has unfolded, though, I am not hopeful. Is this a scam? Draw your own conclusions.
