Explain what happened: He told me he would recover my WoW account and asked for 50 euros payment, I said okey and then i gave him my account info, he said he got my account back but he won't give it to me just like that so I told him I would give him 20 euros payment before he gives me the account and that he would give me the account to have a look when he got his payment and another 30 euros when everything is sorted out. He said okey, everything happened as I mentioned above but after I sent him the 20 euros he didn't give me any account info or anything, he just stopped writing on skype. A while later he refunded the 20 euros that I sent to his paypal but I didn't receive them on my credit card(i don't really know why), then he said his internet was slow and thats why he didn't reply such a long time(10+mins) and told me that he wants instead of those 20 euros that he refunded, a 20 euro steam card code and i bought it for him he said he had my account and everything that he fixed it it was like brand new you could change all the info to the info you would like. He wanted for me to give him the code first then he would give me the email for the account so I gave him the code, he wrote a fake email just to fool me and then removed me from skype. Now I am 20 euro short on the 20 euro steam card and another 20 euro short that he refunded to me but i didn't actually get in my bank account/credit card.
