    Scandicgold.net Scammer (swift spectral tiger)

    Hi,

    Ownedcore Name: ScandicGold
    Skype Name: scandicgold
    Paypal Name: [email protected]
Did you use a middleman?: No
    Proof: see screenshot

I would like to inform the players on the acts of this site.

    Explain what happened:

I bought a mount on the site , after a Skype contact.

Scandicgold confirmed me that he sent the mount on my character called " Divz ."

He also sent me two photos, with the mount, and without the mount ( see pictures below) .
    screenshot201503251 - HostingPics.net - Hébergement d'images gratuit
    screenshot201503252 - HostingPics.net - Hébergement d'images gratuit

After 48 h of expectations, still nothing.

Skype , he assures me he sent the mount as shown in the photos, and begins to insult me scammer ...

This is proof by a game master that the mount has been sent on a reroll called " Zûzuróth " not on my character Divz . ( see pictures below )
    GMrequestmountscandic - HostingPics.net - Hébergement d'images gratuit
    GMrequestmountscandic - HostingPics.net - Hébergement d'images gratuit

I think it is sufficient to prove that the person is not trustworthy.

    29/03/2015 answer Skype from Scandicgold:

"I got screenshots from my supplier, that's what I look at."

"We stand with our decision on this matter. A refund will not be granted. We have never had problems with the supplier that supplied your mount.
We have proven screenshots of the delivery.

Moreover we have NO clue what the ticket says.

Any further communication will not be replied via our online Skype chat, we refer to our order department at [email protected]

    Have a great day."

And now their site is down for maintenance, and all the bad reviews on their facebook page are deleted.
He certainly has something to reproach.

Good luck in your dishonest buisness scandicgold.

Exactly the same happened to me, and if you care to read all their non-fake reviews they got, alot of the guys who trusted to buy from them aswell.
Jonas Beyer Larsen (according to whois) evidently always uses the same approach. He claims to have sent the gold via ingame post and that it's not his fault that the ordered items (or gold whatever) has been taken away from blizzard. When the victims then asks for a proof of delivery he always asserts that he doesn't want to share that kind of information with clients.
According to my inquiries scandicgold has done the exact same scam to over 6 persons since he scammed me, which is approximately 1 month in which he stole little over 1'000 €.

Not only is it an impudence that he continues to do so over paypal (because paypal buyers protection does not include virtual goods), but that ownedcore.com still let scandincgold use this forum as a platform to continue scamming users from this forum.

Additionally i would like to point out that i am in the process putting together even more evidence of scandincgold intrigues which hopefully will not only lead to the suspension of his ownedcore.com account and posts, but also to his ISP suspending all the domains which have been registered in his name. I'll gladly accept any form of assistance, if someone reading this has been scammed by scandincgold aswell and would like to help, do so and send me your means of evidence through a personal message. Thanks in advance

As you can see on the first two screenshots you have been so kind to add also, the mount was sent. Ether the GM ticket are fake or you simply are contacting him from another account. I have no clue what it says ether, since it's in French.

Regarding your dispute, we already sent you screenshots that the mount was sent and know for a fact that you are the one scamming, or trying at least

It's totally up to you if you want to make disputes, but it was you that tried to scam us, by saying you would make a dispute if you did not get your money back even when we sent you the mount.
You have also been making fake reviews on Facebook, that is really a great way to be trustworthy.

Regarding arTxOdb and your post regarding SG's CEO's personal information - Sure they are public, why would we hide behind a fake name? Scandicgold have many positive reviews and feedback, more than 95% here on OC and other sites even - Sure, some may be bad, but hey, it's hard when Blizzard are pretty much against this profession and may take things away from customers
However, even when they are public, it's agents EU law and are illegal to share in that fashion - sure, I's sure he does not mind it, but just want to let you know that we would be able to sue you if we wanted

@arTxOdb Well, Blizzard may take gold, they can ban you too or not, we see it happen. But common - 6 out of what? 3,500 orders? That's not much, but we usually give customers discounts and free stuff if it happen, even when it clearly says in our TaC that we do not cover lost gold or bans You on the other hand, you didn't get anything, simply because you were rude, made a dispute and did a lot of other stuff that was not fair

When you and your "friend" order DDOS attacks, it's hard for our database to keep up. But it's up running again
Facebook does not allow us to remove reviews, that's why Facebook's review sucks

I speak French fluently, so here's the translation of the screenshots:

    1) In the first screenshot, the GM replied: The mail has indeed been sent to the character (can see the name of that character in the screenshot). But then he says that he does not see any mount in the mail. So the mail did not contain a mount.

    2) In the second screenshot: the GM replied: We made a mistake in our last reply. Your friend has indeed sent the mail to one of his alts instead of sending it to you.

So after looking at the screenshots, my understanding is: the mail was sent to the wrong person and did not contain any mount.

    Hi,

    I translate 1st GM screenshot ( GMrequestmountscandic - HostingPics.net - Hébergement d'images gratuit )

    ME:
    "Hello,
    A friend sent me a letter ( his character named : Maglamg ) , 25 around 21h .
The letter was sent for sure about this character that I had just created I guess there was a bug.
The letter contained the mount tcg The Swift Spectral Tiger . Thank you in advance for your help "

    GM:
    "Gilles greetings,

You have contacted us for information about a letter sent by one of your friends. I have not had the pleasure to contact you directly into play , however, I have taken care to study your request.

To answer your question, I inform you so that mail has been sent on a Zûzuróth reroll . I do however not mount in the mail in question.

If you do not see the mount in the mail, you will need to contact them to see that with him directly (and tell him to contact us himself if he believes that there has been a concern when sending mail ) .

Thank you for your patience, and good game to you!"

    I translate 2nd GM screenshot ( http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.ph...ntscandic2.jpg )

    ME:
"Hello, I do not understand I do not have rerool appointed Zûzuroth ... Will it had an error"

    GM:
    "Hello,

Indeed there is an error in our previous message , your friend has sent the mail has another of his character (one of his reroll ) instead send it to you .

I invite you to contact your friend to send you this mount again.

    Best Regards,"

"As you can see on the first two screenshots you have been so kind to add also, the mount was sent."

Hey seriously , give me a photo before and after sending mail in the game, the person could have written another nickname . This is not proof your two photos, it's useless.

"wstore please explain clearly, step by step, what have happened, as your explanation is very unclear, especially that lion share of it are screens in french."

I have nothing more to be explain, that person is dishonest and scammer. It is easy to see.

ScandicGold, from his chat with the GM it looks like he indeed did not receive a mount, can you provide screen of sending a mount to the correct character?

wstore, ScandicGold is accusing you of faking your screenshot, if you want to prove it's real, you can contact me in via PM providing your acc info, so I can log in to your account and confirm that ticket responses from screenshots are indeed there.

Asides from your bad syntax which makes it quite hard to understand what you are trying to say, it is obvious that a scam can not work if you do not seem trustworthy, which you are desperately trying to force by buying fake facebook reviews (extremely easy to spot). So if we take a look at the adjusted figures it rather looks like a 100% rate of poor ratings, respectively the percentage of "clients" who have been ripped-off by you.

Concerning your trumped-up circumstances that you would compensate someone for a eventual gold loss, and that in my case it would not have been adequate to do so: I would like know who on this earth wouldn't be pissed off when being being ripped off and does not get offered a constructive discussion but only gets accused of being a scammer themself. So i did the only thing left, file a dispute over paypal (but as mentionned before, virtual goods are commonly known not to be protected by purchase-protection, otherwise you wouldn't be able to accept this form of payment). Furthermore I would like to know what exactly you mean by "a lot other stuff [i did] that was not fair", as far as i am concerned I have not done anything wrong, so feel free to forge up whatever you like, because let's be honest, this isn't really the point here.

The point is that you always try to talk yourself out by inventing unverifyable circumstances, like for example accusing the person prooving your scams of DDoS'ing your site. But you have made an error this time when you got yourself caught actually sending the the mount to an alt of yourself. So nevertheless sooner or later all of your intrigues will be revealed, if not today then next week, just a matter of time. But apparently the best would be, for all the involved parties, to end your cons right here, once and for all.

Moreover, why don't you go ahead and contact a lawyer to file a lawsuit, i am sick and tired of your empty threats and i would honestly be looking forward to settling this dispute in the real world.

ScandicGold, provided screens doesn't show you sending the mount in any way, only filling in mail content. Can you provide screen or video with matching time-stamp, showing that mail has been sent?

I'm really sorry, my first language is not English.

Feel free to make your own assumptions, but the fact is that we have great feedback on all forums and websites.
We all know that if you have a bad experience, we are more likely to make a review, than if it was good, so of course the bad reviews we do have are more detailed.

From the info I have gathered I can see your name are ********* or ********* - depending on if it's your Facebook that's fake or your Paypal. You have had 3 orders at Scandicgold dating back to as early as 2013 - all positive. Your last purchase was an order for 250k gold. Your gold was delivered and we sent a mail to you about it. First you contact us on Skype and are angry - of course - but we was not able to help you because you already made a dispute on Paypal before letting us get back to you. You was told to contact our order department, but didn't (have no clue why). You did however threaten us, not once but every single day for about a week. Not only did you do that to our staff, but also harassed my boss, his sister because of her breast cancer, his kid and calling his private phone in the middle of the night. So that's why we would not offer you ANY compensation.

First an foremost I need to tell you that I am not the only employee of Scandicgold, in fact, the person you have talked with on Skype was not me.
We did have a DDoS attack, that is a fact, whether or not it was you, I can only guess, I am sorry for any accusing.

Well, it's as easy to fake a screenshot of a GM as of a trade, I would say that a GM ticket are much more easy to fake since it plain text. Moreover we are aware of a method where the scammer (in this matter Wstore) create two characters on new accounts and do the "sending" themselves, and simply contact a GM to make it look that the supplier sent the gold, item or other stuff to another character on a reroll. That's not hard.

We still think that the screenshots we have provided are indeed enough to show that the mount was sent ...

Again I must say that Scandicgold will NOT mare a refund on this order, and Paypal have been contacted with the details of Wstore's scam.

No, we did only receive those two screenshots from our supplier. The screenshots are in our company policy more than enough to validate a transaction. We have done this for 5 years and the supplier was trustworthy.

Thats cute, seeing you trying to do the same to me, listen... think whatever you want and - as mentionned before - forge whatever stuff you want. It is your ignorance and disillusionment which has to be blamed for what happened. I tried to settle it the civilized way but apparently didn't fall on understanding ears, which is why this situation is where it's at, at the moment.

And as I mentionned before as well this is not even the point here, it's a fact and extremely evident that you are scamming people and need to be expelled from ownedcore for doing so.
    ...Just a matter of time
