I don't know if he is or isn't a scammer but what i know is the following: this isn't the first time that something of this nature has happened with TaintedzX.

People really need to learn how what reputation / trade feedback mean.

Reputation means absolutely nothing when trading, and he only has 20 reputation which is low.

His trade feedback is only 8, and if you look closely - his latest positive trade feedback was given to him 2 years ago --> 08-09-2013.

If you took a few minutes to read his visitor messages, you would've been able to see that other users have also struggled to get in touch with him after sending payments.
