Explain what happened: This guy got banned 10-12 hours ago on OC for scamming (selling fake game keys). I did a simple IP trace and the resolver showed that all of the Skypes I linked up there originate from the same IP Address.

I'm sure mods / admins can use any Skype resolver and see the results for themselves.
