A couple of Questions

I have no idea if this is the right place, but thought it would be better suited here than other places.

Im looking at getting a couple more 90's on WOW, i have looked at buying wow accounts, but have no idea on how i could get them onto the account i use at the minute.

In addition to this, ive heard/seen mention of BUYING RaF? How would i do this?

I have another Battle net account but only use it for HS atm, could anybody point me in the direction of guides or give me some info on the two?

RAF doesn't exist anymore, or well it does, but you can't get cheap gametime like back in days
