Seeing as how contributors recieve extended privelaes, there ar emembers on mmowned who are constantly flaming and spamming, posting things which have been posted multiple times in the last day, do not work, are very well known, dont work anymore, or ALL OF THE ABOVE!!!! I really think there should be a ranke for users with -10 rep or less, this rank would allow the user to only make five posts per day, and limit new threads to one every two days. threads posted by this usergroup would als require approval by a moderator before appearing. Another thing is that users with -35 rep should probably be banned already...


A second Idea is to allow people to pos tinside thread sin emulator ads section without mod approval, but these posts WOULD NOT bump the thread with the ad.

More usergroups take up DB space...there's no need for such a thing.
Those posts have and always will appear, no matter what...it's just a matter of time before a mod sees them and deals with them.
Just report those...

not a good idea, like DK said, more DB spaces is used, and well nothing wrong
with people posting a lot they are try so get some were, they may not be good
with Emulation or Model editing maybe they just wont to get to know people so
making a post limit for low Reputation user is not a good idea

we cant eat up DB ( might donate to help) to slow as it is 100,000 users, I say a got sends a PMto the creators of the thread and say, " hey we ALL know this, please don't leach off of OLD things, if you want to contribute donate or make something new (or leach off of other websites with working things 'cus thats how we at mmowned roll =D) or post has been deleted, this PM will self destruct in T minuse 5 seconds...
