Ownedcore support section to contact mods with issues

Just an idea to make life of a mod easier. As i remember being a mod my self i had daily my inbox full with questions and problems from ownedcore members. And if i was off for few days then it just stayed there and was piling up.

My idea would be to open a new section that is only visible for mods and to the person that posted a thread in it. So your problem or question is not public and will be dealt with when one of the mods sees it. And would be easier for ownedcore members to contact the mods instead of sending all the mods a message or keep on spamming the same mod.

Same thing like how reports work and close the the thread when the request is solved.

could be an idea, maybe available for legendaries and up too as they know how the forum works and often helps users

That would be even better I had to deal with a lot of questions and had to ask few times other mods about it. And if it's out in the open then the one who knows the answer can solve the thread. And the rest of the mods learn from it.

This sounds like a really good idea. This way every mods inbox will be less cluttered, and more than one mod can view the problem without the person with the problem having to message more than one mod. This will also unify the mods in a new sense. Being able to work on the case together firsthand.
