CoreCoins - Signature external links.

Hey guys,

Currently only DONATORS can have URLS in their signatures. I think you should be able to buy the access for corecoins either one time or monthly to allow X ammount of external links & internal links in your sig instead of having to buy donator. I know its cheap for donator but im cheap lol - I'd happily pay monthly in corecoins for links in sigs.
