Normal and elite exploits especialy in diablo 3 section

More and more exploits are trying to be kept in elite section but for no use since it only make more topics and more chaos.
So my suggestion is when any exploit is posted on blizzhackers or oreginal blizzard forum just release it on normal section here since its known to public on some site thus blizz will fix it soon anyway.
There is one problem how to distribute reputation there are 2 ways i can think of:
1: First who post the exploit in normal forum with proof of it being released somewhere else (in case he can see elite exploits) or just post it if its leecher so he had to find it somewhere anyway.
2: Some Moderator will delete post and make just a copy from elite one and write link to rep that user.

uhm, you have no idea on what is going on.

1: I think the staff is quite competent in deciding what goes where, why should they move something just because it is public elsewhere?
2: Why not just move it from elite?

It seems like you are annoyed that you get access to exploits later than others - so donate or get the last rep.

Well iam not sure if they are everytime since when any good exploit goes public on some site it goes like first posts here in nonelite are getting deleted which makes more people posting it and after 5 hours of chaos someone must make it public anyway

why keep some exploit in elite section especialy if its reported on blizz forum allready?
Alteast to me it makes no sence i understand that elite is to keep exploit from everyone so it wont get fixed But if its allready reported in official bugreport forum there is no way of not getting it fixed soon.
