D3 trading market suggestions

1.Although i saw the rule that we can only have one topic ,but still a lot people they open new topic.

2.seperate the buyer and seller .

3.allow people to change the title so they wont open the new topic.

4.only accept people to pump their thread once a day ( this will help to make market clean )

this has been posted before but let me answer anyways...
1: The rule was implemented the day before yesterday.. If you see anyone create a new topic after they already have one. report it!
2: posted before - see that thread for comments.
3: No, said why before as well.. do your homework and read that thread.
4. Yes this has been suggested too.
