Replace karma button with old +Rep button

I managed to get the old +Rep button semi cropped out of one of my old mmowned handbook screenshots, so I think it would be better to use this instead of karma button, and shouldn't be too hard, just swap image files. I cropped in paint as I don't have photoshop, so if someone with magic brush wants to chop out the gray that would be awesome!
