[Shoutbawx] Header title instead of url

This feature is already implemented on the forum, but the shoutbawx seems to be excluded.
Wouldn't hurt to enable it for the SB too, if it's not too much work.

I'm not really sure I understand what you mean. Do you mean the new threads notification in the SB, or when somebody links a thread or any given url?

No, he's talking about making the SB show titles instead of the address when someone links something.

I think he means the automatic parsing of the title of the target URL replacing the actual link, like for example:

Standard Tower Defense - A Standard Tower Defense 1.7 (Localized) - StarCraft 2 Maps - SC2Mapster.com

Shows up as "Standard Tower Defense - A Standard Tower Defense 1.7 (Localized) - StarCraft 2 Maps - SC2Mapster.com" instead of "http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/standard-tower-defense/files/22-a-standard-tower-defense-1-7-localized/"
