    Fix the Icons on Locked Forums



    Not sure if anyone has noticed before but the icons
    are messed up on locked forums. One has the correct
    "X" and the other one, also locked, has a "V". Not
    hurting anything, but little stuff like that help the site
    look more professional.

    - Forum is Closed for Posting

    You are contrib and able to see the elite and legendary section.
    The content still remains private, but because you're able to post in it you'll also get the "New content" notification.
    If the sections would be closed for posting, you wouldn't be able to create threads there.

    In short: Every time you see a difference, you know that elites/legendaries got a new post in their section.
