10+ Rep to view "Account Giveaways"

I feel you should have to have at least 10 rep (or be a site donater) to enter the "Account Giveaways" forum... if

Such noble prizes should not go to lazy leechers



**If a lazy leecher has an account he wants to share he would be able to post in the section but only view his forum

I don't see any reason not to instate this rule. Leechers are just browsing those forums constantly for free accounts.

I think it should be 80+ the people that get contrib or elite should have the benefit of accounts.

The only problem with 80+ is...

Half the people that post accounts are not contributers in the first place

== less posts

The max it should be would be 15... but i think it should only be 10
