even if you lose some account giveaways because people who would do so can't get in, it would greatly reduce any chance of them getting "leeched" if there was an 80 minimum (yes i know this counts me out >_>)

A lazy leecher can get 15 rep only one way, an administrator gives him +15 rep for a good post, or 15 people give him +rep. 2 Legendary users give him +6 rep and thats 12 rep, so its over 10 rep, they have to earn it, can't be as easy as 10 rep...
