So, i want to change my Profile Picture and my signature but i read here on the Forum that i need 5 Reputation for that kind of stuff.

But i still don't know if this is a bug or anything else, that's why i am posting it here.

So i will write a nice and short joke and if you like it you give me some reputation for it, so i can personize my Account
