Do you play Aion

I wish I could change my vote. I had high hopes for Aion, played the beta to 20ish and had some fun. But re-leveling through live, well... it's all just a big grind (as you probably have already heard 1000 times), but seriously it is. Also, you really can't make more than one character without getting bored of it, because all the quests are linear and you have to follow them in order, and there's only 1 start location for each faction. It gets really, really old...

I play aion and wow and i like them both, yes aion can get boring and annoying at times but so can WoW.. Aion has nice graphics but that doesn't really matter i guess. WoW is dieing out but i don't see Aion being the next best thing in MMO's either. They both have they're strengths and weaknesses i guess.

Edit: Also if WoW could let you have wings instead of flying mounts, WoW would be better then Aion IMO

Hm, I have playing time till december, but I just have 1 hour time a day to play this game.. I think the game experience I got from wow was better then I do have with aion .. It's better to play shooters like cod4, left4dead or other games if you're in the same situation like me.

That's what I've been doing, I don't have time to grind out the levels so I've just been playing FPS games in the mean time.

I've played Aion for a little while,
but in my opinion, I still really think that WoW
is a lot more fun. I also think that it will last a lot longer
than Aion.

I Played and still play Aion.. ita a nice game with nice features... the grinding is also nice, couse its hold back the WoW kids from the highlvl! XD

3rd char to 20, and i STILL love it. Only found 4 quests boring. People who dislike the grind is carebear wow players, too used to 1-80 in a week.

The instances are LONG and fun, it's not a 30min job.

Aion = the best mmo i've played since vanilla wow, uo, daoc, ac, ao...

I've played around on a private server (Infinite AION :: AION Private Server) and the gameplay was pretty smooth. I'm probably going to buy it to play on live with my friends.

well, i did play it, but the grind was just ridiculous so i regret the money wasted on that $%*£ :-/

I played closed beta til lvl 10 with 4 alts.
Then open beta wiped my characters so I grinded myself back up to 15.
I stopped after that. I was just bored of doing the same old stuff over and over.
At least with WoW, each race has it's own starting area and multiple leveling zones for all levels.
I don't have time on my hands so WoW is easy and fast (lvling and instances). I don't want to spend hours upon hours doing one instance.
