I once was looking for one of these till i didnt know what i was doing and i broke my dvd drive (lol). After watching the video for my dvd drive i was perfect, these tutorials are good.

You fail good sir. You can play downloaded or backed up games online but they have to be stealth/video patched for you to be protected. With ixtreme 1.5 you are unable to play unpatched games for security reasons but with 1.6 you can now use activate.iso to allow you to play the non patched games offline.

In short - Most games that you download are patched and you can play online.

all you have to take care of, is to not be connected to Xbox live while playing "backuped" games,

You fail same as OP sir. You can play backed up games on xbox live you can play downloaded games online all you need to ensure is you have the latest firmwire and that the game is stealth patched.
