The right one (Benq) can be both Benq drive and Liteon drive, you'll have to open to see which you have

Use a hairdryer to heat the warranty sticker and then you can paste it back on when you're done

Flashing a non-Liteon is very easy and can just be done with a guide but to flash a Liteon you need some equipment and maybe solder skills
