Is ther a way to take admin powers on your pc?

Hi, umm i just wanted to know if thers a way to have control of the admin powers of your computer? Anways heres the story.

So yeah, My parents, my little brother and me use the PC. But i got a big brother and when he got are PC he installed adminstrator account for himself (so are PC account does not have admin powers) and PLUS he moved out of the house. Im triying to convinced him to give me admin powers ( to me alone) but hes keep saying NO NO NO NO. Anways, i need the admin powers for ALOT OF STUFF, like you know stuff that you need admin powers and it realy pisses me off when "You do not have sufficent privilige to access\install this program.

So i want to know hes password and get ride of this. I know hes password of HES COMPUTER (since he lives in a other house) I found out since i was on hes laptop and he was using a private wirreless connection, i was just messing and i clicked "show password" (on the wirreless connection thing) And bam it said a password. With that password he used hes computer pass and hes admin laptop pass. So i was telling my self "hmmm finaly admin powers for me on my own PC!"
But then NO.. IT WAS NOT THE CORRECT PASS.

So basicly my question is: Is ther any programes or somthing and can show other peoples password?
Yes this might sound dumb but imagine you dont have admin powers.

Download the one for Windows, or the Live CD version. I have used the Live CD version, just give it some time and it will crack all of the passwords on the computer (Windows related).

if your using xp do this:
Start the computer in safe mode. (press F8 while computer is booting and select safe mode from the menu).
click on the account portrait named "administrator"
(this isnt passworded on default and not many ppl bother (or dont know) about going though the process of passwording it it)
go into account management and make a new account for yourself with admin privileges.
restart the computer.
log onto your new account.
if u want, change your old account to admin, log out, log into your other account and delete the account you created in the process.
