    why is there a postgre sql server on my pc ?

    Hello !
    Anyone can tell me why I have a postgre server running everytime?
    I look in to the task manager and it shows 7 PostgreSQL Server eg. postgres.exe
    Also there is pg_ctl.exe running.

    For what reason could this run!? Any virus possibility? What program would use something like that o.0 ???

    And how to remove it? ..After answering above^^

    Ok i see.. is there a way for me to access the database to see whats inside? Or can i track which program started it and uses it?
