Is my computer stuffed or not? Why can't I get my server public.. Please help! :(

I have downloaded Wamp2

I have followed the guides on how to get your server public multiple times.

I have forwarded my ports

I have set up wamp correctly

I have set up my DynDNS account with Wildcard

I have configured my hosts.file correctly

I have started my server

When I go to http://bloodknights.kicks-ass.org/ nothing happens

When I go to http://192.168.0.195/, the website loads

I am under TWO ROUTERS - I have forwarded ports for both of them and I have also tried going under one router.

Here is my hosts.file:

i have the same error, when i use my modem i can connect but my friend cant and they apears Connecting or Unable to connect and when i use the router with the prots open and all i have the same problem when i connect aperas me Connecting...

Also, I've been trying to get my server public for over a year now, and have been a complete failure. I reaaallllyyy need some help. I'm willing to do remote assistance and give you control of my computer so I can get this fixed EVERY WINDOWS COMPUTER HAS REMOTE ASSISTANCE SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON IT ADD ME ON MSN/XFIRE IF YOU ARE WILLING TO HELP! I rly need this .

Be sure to have the ports forwarded as well.

before i use no-ip but now i try to use DynDNS and i have the same problem like with the router...
