I'm sick and tired of writing about religion :X. I absolutely don't believe in god. Why? Because.. erhm? Why doesn't he show to the people? I mean... there MUST be something at the beginning... but when there is a god which created the world something must have created god and something must have created something, and so on, it must be ENDLESS but it also cant be endless because there must be a reason for everything, so we just dont exist.

Religion is always a touchy subject. Everyone has their own views, their own experiences, their own personal background which will influence their choices and beliefs.

I am a Christian, I believe in a supreme being which did in fact create all life. I am also non-denominational. Meaning, i'm not a Catholic, i'm not a Lutheran, or anything else. Why? Because I think the organization of religion was the worst thing that could ever have happened. In my opinion, it's the belief that matters. It's holding that one being in the highest regard, and trusting in it, loving it, and truly believing. But, i'm not going to let a preacher, a pastor, a father, or whatever you want to call it tell me i'm right or wrong. I'm not going to drink wine and eat a piece of bread on Sunday, thinking taking that communion will wash my sins away. I'm not going to confess my sins on a Wednesday to another human being, and follow his punishment.

I think the only important thing regarding religion is to have the belief. Much like the comedy Dogma suggested.

But, i'm also one of the people who can sit and be completely comfortable discussing your beliefs, whatever religion you choose to follow, or not to follow, and never think down on anyone because of it. Nothing is right, nothing is wrong.

This is called a 'discussion' thread, which is the purpose of the general section. I usually write one of these up once every 2 week in between my fantastic exploits and what not.

And I enjoy everyones views on such things.

alk gets board with the lack of topics on this forum and adds a new thread to stir things up (and sometimes just confuse people)

Alk has alwayes done this and hopfuly always will he isnt trying to impose any veiw on you because it is a discution tread not rant thread not spit my dummy out and bitch about religon to anyone who will lend a ear thread its a discution thread and (i asume) alk means no ilwill from this thread and simple likes a good conversation (and happens to think relgion liez)

subsiqently any further discution of Alks motives to making this thread would be questioning his loyalty to this fourm and and that this thread was created to disrupt mmowned at which point you will of turn a simple descution of relgion into a finger point acusing alk who is a mod of ill intentions towars this community
