    [Question] Best way to post a long video

    I'd like to post video tutorials I have but they're an hour-ish each.
    I do not own the rights to these vids.

    How should I upload them for others to use? What site/format etc...

    Never uploaded any vids before - even to youtube!
    I was trying to use Windows Movie Maker to make them smaller because it was like 3gb as an avi.


    Any ideas?
