[Question]Best way to DUO level?

My bro and i got hacked while using one account and werent able to get our account back( For a stupid mistake)... Now we starting two different accounts and just would like to hear some suggestion of what classes to use to DUO Level our new characters.
Any comment counts.. just want to get some ideas..

(thinking Druid/Pally-Healer/Tank To Grind XP and quest together)

Warrior Priest, lock + hunter sounds good, mage + warrior, pally + lock, druid + lock are all good combos with RAF.
