Okay, so i have a specific problem I am not sure that has an efficient way to be solved...
I work with 4 other people in a designer studio (sort of) and we get most of our work from email requests we get from our clients. First one to open email from client = the one who got that job. More jobs you do over month, bigger pay you get at the end of month.
There are 5 computers, each of them having Microsoft Outlook installed and all using same email account. Each one of us is having our own computer, when email from client arrives, first one who opens it is doing that client
Can i do something that will make me see email before people on other computers do? Few minutes delay is all i need, I have admin access to all the other computers so I can mess with any settings, and also people working on those computers are not really "computer-smart", so there is little chance any would notice something is up

You could try setting the time of the computers to... lets say 2003, then all the E-Mails they get wouldn't have arrived yet and the computer will sort them to the very end of the list and not show them as new e-mails. But I don't know if this bug still works, its worth a try tho

Can't do that because if they don't get emails at all it will be suspicious, they need to get emails as normal, but i need to be aware of those emails before they do
