How to get a custom avatar?

Hey! Im pretty noob to this site so i have a little question.. How to get a custom avator? I mean that profile-avatar to the left here in forum. I want to upload my own picture. Pleaz answer me fast becuse i want that cool damn thing

You need to get out of "Lazy Leecher" status (get 5+ Reputation) to add custom avatars and a signature.
